Privacy notice

ApexOS Lite is a portfolio application. Seeded business records are fictional. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into a shared sample workspace.

Information stored

The application stores contact inquiries and business records entered by the administrator in Cloudflare’s relational database. Private object storage may store a business logo when uploads are configured. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; sessions use HttpOnly cookies.

Purpose and access

Inquiries are available to the workspace administrator for review. No marketing emails, SMS, advertising trackers or payment gateway are configured. An inquiry submission does not send an email.

Retention and requests

The workspace owner controls access and retention. Before a commercial launch, the owner must publish their legal identity, privacy contact details and jurisdiction-specific retention policy. This sample workspace notice is not a substitute for that configuration.

Cookies

The administrator login uses an essential session cookie with an eight-hour lifetime. Authentication tokens are not stored in browser local storage.
